Welcome to Around Lisbon Tours! We’re thrilled to have you with us. By booking a tour, you’re agreeing to a few simple terms and conditions, which help us ensure a great experience for everyone.

Payment

We offer two convenient ways to pay for your reservation: you can use your credit card via our integrated system with PayPal, or pay in cash directly to your guide on the day of the tour. Whatever works best for you!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

If you need to cancel your reservation, just send us an email at bookings@aroundlisbon.pt. We’ll take care of everything from there!

Cancellation Fees:

If your plans change, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, refunds are not guaranteed, but we’ll gladly review the circumstances to see how we can assist you. Thank you for your understanding!

Rescheduling:

If you’d like to reschedule your tour, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before the original tour date. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. For rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll review the situation and do our best to help.

No-Show Policy:

We understand that plans can change, so please let us know in advance if you won’t be able to make it to your tour. Unfortunately, if you don’t show up without prior notice, we won’t be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Important Notes:

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or safety concerns. If this happens, you’ll have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule for another date.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make any changes to your booking, just send us an email at bookings@aroundlisbon.pt. We’re here to help!

Tour Participation

We kindly ask that participants arrive on time to ensure the tour runs smoothly. Please meet your guide at the hotel entrance, designated address, or agreed meeting point. Thank you for your cooperation!

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience for you.

You are covered by an included Personal Accidents Insurance, but it’s always best not to need it.

Liability Waiver

At Around Lisbon Tours, we recommend that participants secure travel insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen, damaged, or lost.
Additionally, Around Lisbon Tours is not liable for any consequences resulting from force majeure events, such as traffic accidents, volcanic eruptions, natural disasters, fires, floods, severe weather conditions, emergencies, acts of war, invasions, military actions, revolutions, strikes, civil unrest, government orders, airport closures, disruptions in transportation, or any other extraordinary events that make travel impossible or significantly hinder your ability to travel.

Code of Conduct

We kindly ask all participants to behave respectfully towards our guides and fellow travelers. If disruptive behavior occurs, we may need to remove the participant from the tour, and unfortunately, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Privacy Policy

We don’t collect any kind of data from you. We only use your personal info and contacts to prepare your tour and coordinate your pickup, drop-off and associated details.
We’ll never se them again.

Other aspects

These terms and conditions are governed follow Portuguese Law.

By booking a tour with Around Lisbon Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
